He is currently master control operator at Sainte Television Group of Chico (KCVU-TV FOX 30, KRVU-TV My 21, KUCO-TV Univision 27, KXVU-TV Telemundo 17 and KKTF-TV Telefutura 35) and Medford (KFBI-TV My 48 and KMCW-TV Telemundo 14), owned and operated by Sainte Partners II, L.P. of Modesto. He is also the current owner of video prduction company Action Video Entertainment and founder of the GBL (Golden Baseball League) Medford Expansion Project, a campaign and project geared to help bring professional baseball back to the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon in the form of a Golden Baseball League expansion team. SMALL CONSULATION: CALIFORNIA'S PROPOSITION 8 PASSED! (11/05/2008):
As a small consulation during this tough time for Conservatives everywhere, Propostion 8, an initative that flatout bans same-sex marriage, passed... but just barely. When the original initative known as Porposition 22 was passed in 2000 (I think) with 61% of the vote, it was made perfectly clear that "only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California". However, earlier this year, four activist judges in San Francisco overturned it saying that the measure was "unconstitutional". S.F. mayor Gavin Newsom was very cocky and arrogant in his response to the overturning saying, "The door is wide open. It's gonna happen, whether you like it or not!"

Well, Propsotion 8 has passed putting an amendment in the California State Constitution CLEARLY defining marriage as ONLY between a man and a woman. So my words to the "honorable" (*wink*wink*) mayor Newsom? "The door is slammed shut! It just happened! Whether YOU like it or not! Don't like it, Gavin? TOUGH! Get over it!"

Now he knows how cocky people can get. Yes, gay and lesbian groups are going to sue. But in my opinion, the judges' overturning Proposition 22 was unconstitutional and the voters have once again sent a message to those activist judges and to activist judges everywhere that they are NOT legislators, they interpret the law. They DON'T make the laws. This message has been sent LOUD and CLEAR.

WILL REMAIN IN THE AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY (11/04/2008):
The voters in this country have spoken and they have elected Illinois Democratic Senator Barack Obama the 44th President of the United States tonight. He defeated Arizona Republican Senator John McCain in a predicted landslide. As I had mentioned a few weeks ago, I registered to vote as an American Independent with the possibility of returning to the party I associated with since the Ronald Reagan days. Sadly, the Republican party I once knew is no longer the same. One Republican that I truly fell in love with as a person, as a solid politician, and someone who didn't take crap from anyone... especially the liberal news media and political pundants... and who I believe CAN be the 45th President of the United States is, who else, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin. From this day forward, despite being an Independent now, I will back up Gov. Palin in a possible 2012 run for the White House.

But until then, we will wish Senator... uh, President-elect Obama the best of luck as he prepares to be sworn in as the country's first African-American President. I'm not happy about it, but I graciously congratulate him on winning tonight.
